Interestingly enough a very important thing happened with Michael Jackson’s death. He is a stimulus design. All grays act as and are stimulus design. Per my earlier commentary in this blog’s page directory*, stimulus design expressions now (because of the NEW STORY) have the great opportunity to return to their home team, that of the “energy-clan” wherein they express everything that moves into PHYSICAL modality in any dimension. He got done. It was a willful choice on his part.

I was wrong earlier when I said he was a hybrid. He was anchored to this reality of our illusion as a gray. The realm of the grays is dimension 1, in my vernacular. It is the opposite end of the spectrum from real dimensions. In real dimensions, everything happens at once. In dimension 1 everything is seen at once, but nothing happens - there is no movement. Everything there could properly be understood as possibility. The grays, by proper definition and understanding, are an infinite array of all possible possibilities. As a realm or as a “group-consciousness”, they are fundamentally operative as stimulus. This is their design construct. But as an “authoritative” body making things happen here, in their deep past, they can only guess at what is needed to produce the required real balance of their place - the Last Future. (It is always and consistently, without fail, the place of this dimension’s resolution for all timelines ever to have existed and all timelines that might ever exist.) Being stimulus by design construct, they never could KNOW what is needed. That is why this dimension and all timelines were perpetually doomed to the failure of only being able to accomplish False-balance. Only the “boss”-gear is designed to operate with Knowing What is Needed at any given point when there is imbalance.

The grays manipulated all timelines for the same reason. They were Guessing and Expressing hoping to achieve real balance in their Last Future realm and therefore and thereby satisfy the purchase order specs for this many “timelined” illusion dimension.

(These “specifications” for this illusion were put forth originally by the “boss”-gear. All expression must do real balance. This illusion experiment was to be a “SEE and BE” Experience for the “boss”-gear. A place where it could “SEE” what it Experienced from within and register, “BE” what it Experienced from without.)

The gray possibilities never could and never would be able to do that, have any real KNOWING of What is Needed. They could only guess at that.

Only the missing component, the “boss”-gear had the appropriate design capability - and it was stuck in the tavern of real dimensions, where everything happens at once, having just the most glorious time. (It is hard to leave the party, you know. Would you want to get away?) Now the “boss”-gear is here, however – finally. It has made an inspection tour of the construction site and determined it all had to be torn down. The constant script re-writes of timeline after timeline and all the meddling of the grays was never going to produce real balance. So, the “boss”-gear decreed, or more properly said, observed that What is Needed is for a new play to commence, one wherein real balance is possible. It is called the NEW STORY.

Now, all the so-called male-design-Beings (energy-packets of expression) have wiring coming into their “voice-within” speaker. The “server farm” or hosting service delivering their respective and individual “What is Needed” information is now online for them to receive. Now they can “link” to the “server farm” and receive their email “What is Needed” updates for their personal real balance. Their REAL energy will support this. That is all that their REAL energy is permitted to support – what will support their real balance – their personal What is Needed “Inspirations”.

Stimulus-design Beings, to obtain their own balance (meaning the depletion of excess containment that leads to disease) need only dedicate themselves willfully and purposefully to “supporting the Big Picture”, whatever that might be. In so doing, it has been directed that they will receive their own guidance from a subdivision of the “boss”-gear server farm, the Stimulus-gear. Then following that purpose of intent, they will be guided as to what they are to do. At the rudimentary level, they are to support the male-design, whether they are of male-stimulus-design or of the female-stimulus-design. If they do so, they will in turn be supported with balance. This is the rule, now. No longer are stimulus-design Beings to give directions to male-design Beings. To be in the lead, defining the next “guess and express” action is contrary to the NEW STORY (unless it is their inner-voice directive, which by definition would have to be in support of the Big Picture).

None of us will ever know at the conscious physical level what or why we are really doing as we are moved to do. There is no free will. There never was. That of cunning, sly, and wily, and crafty bit of propaganda was always the easiest way to enslave any and all expressions in the reality of all the illusion timelines. It has up until now worked brilliantly.

For the gray, Michael Jackson, to willfully choose to End his contract, a major Event template has occurred in my understanding. It is the first time that the gray has chosen to demonstrate allegiance to the “boss”-gear by an act of supporting the Big Picture of the NEW STORY. In my understanding, this is profound.

Farrah Fawcett (Pleiadian), a female gender stimulus-design, likewise chose to End contract. Ed McMahon (Arcturian) stimulus-design also chose to End contract.

I must report that the “boss”-gear registered the sadness of the energy packet locked into the gray-stimulus-design contract that Michael Jackson had to endure. The “boss”-gear also registered the extreme anger in the music, though it is buried. The energy packet of the physical body registered the physical torture of body mutilation and the emotional distress of emotional-development-interuptus, both of which were the requirements of his contract parameters. The cruelty of abuse to his Being was a “movement-feeling” the “boss”-gear could not and would abide. He like another gray, now on stage attracting adoration, did not want the contract to begin with. The “boss”-gear directed its subsidiary Stimulus-gear to support the “light-body” or “higher-self” of the stimulus-design, Michael Jackson, to End contract. This, the higher-self did with aplomb.

That other gray, as a seven or eight-year-old child had a dream of being held on a hospital like table (gray “space ship”?) being told that he will do his contract, whether he likes it or not. Dressed in a yellow jersey with bright blue shorts soccer uniform in that dream, he protested that that is all he ever wanted to do for his life – be a soccer player. He did not want to do the stage work he is now performing. I mention this because when he reads this, he will know he is understood. The “boss”-gear knows his distress. When enough of his present contract is accomplished, he will be released to join his home team, the energy-clan of all expression. How it is that his present contract is being utilized or adapted to support the Big Picture of the NEW STORY is for the “boss”-gear and its subordinate lieutenant, the Stimulus-gear, to know. That information, however, is beyond the pay grade of the IRF.

What is of major significance to the process of transition or transmutation of the “old story” to the NEW STORY is that a major gray stage player staked its allegiance to the “boss”-gear. The gratitude of energy is surely at play here, but so too the fierceness of energy in its capacity in the illusion for righteous indignation for injustice and compassion. Though the “boss”-gear has no emotion, by design, it is moved by the feeling-movement (or more intelligibly said, energy-shape) of sadness. It understands, deeply, the signature of imbalance, as that is what its purpose is – to register and KNOW the What is Needed when imbalance is present and in need of the appropriate Inspiration to direct action.

Gov. Sanford’s Crisis: male → MAN

Not Listening to “old story” Contract

Governor Mark Sanford was a male design rendering of energy (expressed in the physical of our reality’s illusion dimension). He has caused a “crisis” for many, not the least of which is the news media to feed upon and the Republican Party to worry about where it will find leadership: never mind the “trauma” his boys will be resilient enough to move past and his wife to get over.

He is connecting to real balance and not listening to his old story contract. We don’t have to like it, but this is how things work. For all the distress involved, he probably is startled to find that he feels good, balanced, and though not expected, somehow on a right course for him.

The energy packet manifesting his physical expression (lifetime after lifetime, timeline after timeline) had a fellow traveler friend from all of those expression cycles. It was the Argentinean woman he met that became a dear friend. No wonder, pirate buddies once, compatriots forever.

Interestingly enough, this female just happens to be one of the relatively few “male-soul” energy packet designs that roam the illusion. They know they are different from the stimulus design, be they female or male. Like all male and Man design energy renderings, they too carry a fundamentally mirthful irreverence as the core of their mood and persona. One might say that one pirate buddy rescued another.

You could guess that the Governor walked away from a contract leading to Presidential candidacy. It is not important what the contract was. The REAL energy of Mark Sanford is supporting the Ending of contract and supporting his real balance.

But there is something of cosmic significance. Mark Sanford’s design signature can now be seen in all real dimensions.

Understanding is the Key to Balance

Understanding is the key to balance. Each of us is a packet of energy in physical expression doing Contract, over and over again. We could see that packet as always staying together as a dedicated contiguity. Each lifetime, in this timeline, that packet of energy (perhaps as a “lightbody”) is rendered into a manifest expression of the physical. Beyond that some might wonder about the supposed different timelines.

The so-called Reptilian timeline was in the past. Their respective deep future (like all other timelines) is beyond our own present place on our given continuum. The Reptilian time line could appropriately be considered the first expression rendered into the illusion dimension. All others came afterward (Pleiadeian, Sirian, Arcturian, etc., ad nausium). The Orion time line is a future timeline, beyond our own starting point in some overall spectrum of our illusion dimension’s time calendar.

The Reptilian time line was and is anchored most heavily to the Survival contract via their culture’s emphasis on and talent with DNA and manipulations of same across time and timelines.

There are three root Stimulus Contracts that overshadow the illusion since its initial rendering into manifest expression by energy at the behest of the “boss”-gear. The latter two are buttress supports critical to promoting the first, Prime Contract. In total there are eight, but we will not go into the later five. They are ancillary and function as do the above numbers two and three.

1. SurvivaL of the illusion. This required that the energy of this illusion stay in existence in a stable-state and not decay. The illusion was to stay expressed (as a rendering of expression by energy in accord with the “boss”-gear directive that it wanted an Origination wherein it would be able to): SEE and BE. That is to say, the “boss”-gear wanted an Experience wherein it was be able to SEE (the outside of itself having the Experience it was having) and BE (register at the same time the Experience it was having).

2. Procreation. This second Stimulus Contract is the methodology jury-rigged and cobbled together as a Rube-Goldberg arrangement by energy to advance not only the first Stimulus Contract, but also something else. It was used as a modality for what was to rise into an appropriate expression of the last or ninth Origination, prior to the SEE and BE one. That previous Origination was that “feeling energy” identified as Man.

3. Power. This third Stimulus Contract is a neat fit to ensure the acquirement or containment of excess energy that leads directly to a fit of expression by the male generally (such as all the fun stuff like rape, war, pillage and dominion, etc.) and thereby ensures the success of the first two Stimulus Contracts.

The Pleiadeian timeline is associated with sex and therefore one could say they are really heavily into the Procreation Stimulus Contract Overshadowing.

The Sirian Timeline is associated with the “business” or “overlord” dynamic of the Power Stimulus Contract Overshadowing. This is true of the Arcturian Timeline as well but they have a more cruel and mean boned temperament and even S&M flavor to their stew.

I could go on and on but that would be giving energy to the “old story” and I must not do so. Only the NEW STORY exists, NOW.

Each Being (in our reality’s illusion, in our timeline) that is in expression now has a doppelganger self in all the other timelines. As electrons (energies) have to be everywhere at once, so to do they have to be all expression at once. It is all now in the rudimentary way that string theory allows for all Multiverses to all exist at once.

The catch is this. Just as the illusion has always been Overshadowed in every timeline with the three principal Stimulus Contracts of 1.) SURVIVAL, 2.) PROCREATION, and 3.) POWER, so too has each energy packet of self carried a contract as a methodology of accomplishing False-balance while in physical expression. Another way to say this is that you repeat the same rudimentary behavior pattern each lifetime in each timeline. Though one time you might be a peasant and the next a king, you do this as a way of expending excess containment such that you do not immediately die of disease. Also, the contract acts as a double-sided coin. It agitates you to fester on or fascinate on something and build up excess such that you have energy aplenty to do a “something” action as a way of expelling the excess. This propels forward the peasant working the fields and the king going on conquest, the rapist raping and the crooner crooning.

The ARCHETYPES of Carl Jung and the MYTHS of Joseph Campbell are really detailed descriptions of contract modalities overshadowing all Beings and directing their enslaved behaviors as energy packets anchored to expression of the illusion’s survival.

The Jonah and the Whale myth that Joseph Campbell articulated, for example, is perhaps a contract that many males are in and always have been in – lifetime after lifetime. The Planet’s “old story” myth was that of the Phoenix, cycling thru Shaman’s Death over and over, doing rebirth in concert with the Survival Overshadowing.

Groundhog Day was the illusion ─ lifetime after lifetime, timeline after timeline.

Having the concept of this leads directly to letting go of contracts. Understanding is the key to balance. Understanding about the concept of contracts allows you to let them go. Contracts come to being abandoned through willful conclusion ─ contracts come to being Ended when this is done. But this can only happen when one understands that they existed in the first place.

The NEW STORY is Groundhog Day Ended.

Understanding is the Key to balance.

Recognition leads to understanding.

It is said that an Indian Chief once said to deaf ears,

“Information is not knowledge and knowledge is not wisdom.”

If you are a male design energy packet, your job is to become Man. You do this by stepping away from your contract and express a new fascination, a new myth, a new archetype you find yourself hearing coming from within as your new Inspiration. Your REAL energy is permitted to support this for you with manifest rendering into the physical because it will support your real balance ─ and from that balance in the world.

If you are a stimulus design energy packet, be it male or female in gender, your job is to support those males who are doing their metamorphosis. All you need to do to accomplish this is to dedicate your understanding to be in support of the Big Picture (whatever that may be) and thereby stand in support of balance in the world. If you do this as your purpose, (willfully and consciously with your understanding alone) your proper stimulus guidance will come to you and you will be able to operate in balance. Fail to do so and you will be out of sorts on a permanent basis and move into a deeper and deeper dementia of behavior. The chrysalis moment passed with the tick of the clock and the commencement of 2009.

The wings of Man are drying in the wind’s high breeze and the Sun is shining brightly. Sally forth oh Champions and Stimulus Knights of the illusion ─ Sally forth.

The Risk of Risk

I’ve been thinking about leadership lately.

Not unlike beauty or pornography, leadership is probably in the eye of the beholder - we know it when we see it. Name the last leader on whom both you and the opposition agreed. John Kennedy? Ronald Regan? Who was the last person who honestly inspired you - to risk being better? A teacher?

No matter how long you’ve been in your career, the past 30-40 years had a familiar ring. Predictable business model, predictable risks, certainly not much demand for leadership. We expected what we got. Just follow the dotted line, no questions necessary, and heaven forbid, don’t listen to those nagging little doubts or your intuition – stay on the reservation and kiss the status-quo.

That is until this recent sea change occurred, which begs for leadership at all levels from your little village right up to Washington. Reading Seth Godin’s little book Tribes, is dizzying. It evokes an emphatic Yessss! Godin may be parsimonious with his words, but they’re mighty fine words indeed, and ones we should take to heart. Leadership may be calling YOU. Read the book and risk being inspired…to do something out of the ordinary to lead your tribe.

Harry Truman might have told you that leadership comes from unlikely places and is often thrust upon the unsuspecting. Personally, I’ve developed a healthy mistrust of those who jump up and down like the sad little character from Welcome Back Kotter, who constantly screamed, “Mr. Kotter, Mr. Kotter, pick me me me.” Too many ulterior motives and hidden agendas.

There’s a little saying at the bottom of my e-mails that evokes many private comments. “What would you do if you knew you could not fail?” Actually it’s a cheap shot. We’d all do lots of things if we absolutely knew we would absolutely succeed. Absolutely. But doing something that involves risk - now there’s the challenge - like speaking out, suggesting a sensible but unpopular alternative, finding the courage to be a leader.

So when did risk become such a dirty word, to be avoided at all costs? When bankers invented the phrase risk adverse? When as business advisers we are asked to help mitigate risk? We often face choices that have some level of risk associated with them. Is that where the risk-to-reward ratio weighs in?

The very cool Guy Kawasaki opened his amazing book Reality Check with this sentence. “Flailing, grinding, thrashing and getting lucky are why companies succeed.” I’d apply that to leaders too.

Do leaders flail and grind and thrash before they succeed but we just don’t notice it? Are we so unobservant that we think leaders pop out of the womb fully formed so we miss the evolution of a leader in the making?

Perhaps that’s a question you can answer here and share it with the rest of us. We should all be on the outlook for leaders in the making. We need them. Now.

Leadership AOL – gone missing, never to be seen again.

Standing with props does not a leader make, be they innumerable nameless people or the Rotunda as backdrop. It makes a stage only, all flourished with a new news corps to tell the journalists what stage marks to hit. Standing with props makes a community organizer, perhaps, but it does not a leader make.

In the old days, back at the time of the Revolution’s Independence, it was thought shameful to put yourself forward as leader. One was to be elevated by your peers, whether you liked it or not. The immediate commencement of political parties or candidates throwing their hats in the ring was understood to be the beginning seeds of this nation’s downfall. There is a reason why that thinking, why that insight existed then.

A good friend, deeply involve with DOD and DHS, commented at the beginning of the recent political campaign, “Where is the leadership when we need it?”, and then became caught up with the props and words. During the acceptance speech, I heard the overshadowing light of charisma getting shut off. I asked my friend it he too saw that light turn off, heard that ring go hollow? No.

If it is so, what I saw and heard, then why is it so? What could do that? What would that authority be brought to bare?

There is a reason, a good reason not seen and not to be understood, why the needed leadership is not to be forthcoming for this country or the world. The concept of making a unity of the world via the New World Order idea seems to be chugging forward, as ever - to save us from ourselves. Will it all look like things are going swimmingly to the eye of that agenda, and suddenly the very opposite of fragmentation results? Shall the States finally seceded from the Union?

It is all quite interesting to me that things are not going the way anyone expected them to go - no matter the level of dialogue or the community holding some give set of expectations, be it the worker, or the Buildeburger.

All the “seers” that all governments have depended on forever, all know that things are not manifesting into expression as was expected. They all know a “Wild Card” has arrived to the mix. They don’t know what it is, or why it is. They don’t know its agenda.

Why this Wild Card thing has happened is the important question, not that it has happened. What is the agenda. Why are there no leaders. Why won’t anything work anymore?

Let us suppose there is a reason. Let us begin with the postulate that there is some good reason why it is as it is. Where does that lead the understanding? Why is it that now people are only left with themselves, alone? Why has everything started to come unhinged? Why is it that any “identity” as spouse, parent, child, title-in-role does not work anymore and people feel left alone with only themselves? Is there some good reason for this?

What if you say yes. What if you begin to look, what if you assume that there is some good reason it is as it is. Does it begin to make an arch of comprehension - a whole cloth tapestry of understanding?

Bob, you are asking us some serious questions…and I don’t think any of us have the answers. But just maybe…if we can stimulate a thought or two, we might be able to get a few more people on the right road — or at the very least “a road.”

I’ve always said, we get the government (leaders, etc.) that we DESERVE! We’ve become pretty fat and lazy and think the other fellow will do the heavy lifting for us.

Now is not the time to be complacent, but that’s what we are.
