or even the .IRREVERENTreluctantFUTURIST. Website. That is why the above
directive and quote leads every blog entry. Everything is about YOU and how and why to use the question and answer windows in the “Meat and Potatoes” store part of the website, IRREVERENTreluctantFUTURIST.com, where the above invitation holds anchor.
This conference and the “Jesse Woodrow Show” video are an example of hysteria’s fury about H1N1 Swine Flu and the promotion of fear that seeps in on all sides. Arguably, everyone is well intentioned on all sides, but completely gone wrong. The video calls up appropriate concern.
It does seems scary that the national news was not reporting on the conference at the time. The government could well argue that prudence demands that forethought require that it prepare and have workshops on extreme contingencies. Were they not to do so, and wind up caught short, they would be properly called incompetent or worse.
Why the Federal Government did not advertise or provide news briefings announcing the conference or why the national media avoided bringing the public news about what was going on could be understood as an effort to down play the hype and ameliorate over wrought concerns before they got started. It is a hard balance point to achieve. Of course, you could easily see the whole thing as sinister and orchestrated by the dark shadows of the New World Order.
It is scary that back then no one was reporting on the conference. More troublesome is to hear about teachers being taught how to “snitch” on children and report suspected H1N1 Swine Flue. More troublesome yet is the conflated idea that these children will then be taken away from school directly by military or other government officials for enforced quarantine, and all this without the knowledge of parents.
Still why all fear? Even now, these few months later, we have more and more fear being generated. Some of it is inadvertent. Some of it may no be. As an aside, we have the movie V coming out promoting fear and other media doing the same thing. Why this conflation of fear?

More importantly, if only it was understood why the Swine Flu is so weak in its lethality, much of the fear would dissipate on all sides. It is designed to be mild but serve as a flushing agent to help humans dump the excess contained-energy that they are building up.

Yes, the medical profession and the world’s governments must be concerned that if left to its own path, the Swine Flu could travel the world as mild flu, which few have any measure of resistance to, and then suddenly mutate into something highly lethal that again no one has any immunity for.
And so, all the hype … all the conspiracy theories … and yet the Bildeberger Group has already lost control.
