Another hidden stimulus-design, Phil Garrido, has exposed itself. His contract would no longer work. He could no longer get false-balance from his old story contract. Rapping his victim, Jaycee Lee Dugard, and possibly molesting his daughters through her, would no longer work to deliver false-balance. His hidden-stimulus “old story” contract could no longer deliver enough contained energy to produce false-balance. Something else had to be tried to get enough false-containment to accomplish that contract orchestrated false-balance — Attention.
In a desperate attempt to gather the false-balance fuel of containment he turned himself in to the authorities to get that containment, which attention brings. All this is a desperate attempt, his last ditch effort, to regain false-balance.

George Sodini Murdered people at the LA| Fitness spa. He did this because his “old story” contract would no longer work to give him False-balance. It was a last ditch, “insane”; attempt to shed his excess contained-energy.

Humans have programmed contracts overshadowing them. They are “downloaded” at birth from the magnetic fields of the Planet.
The purpose of these contracts is to promote an array of behaviors. They are all designed to generate internal reserves of contained-energy to use to advance survival.
Even more importantly the contracts function as mechanisms thru which to dump that same contained-energy when it becomes a threat to the health survival of the human organism. This is needed when that same sought after contained-energy becomes present at an excessive level.
In the NEW STORY, things are going horribly wrong … sometimes. Extreme and aberrant behavior will most likely continue and even get worse. This is because the ‘old story’ contracts will no longer work to produce False-balance.
Under the NEW STORY the magnetic field protocols, only real balance can be obtained. To achieve that, one has to do expression that your REAL energy can support. Only real “What is Needed” Inspirations from the “boss”-gear can be supported by your own REAL energy.
Background:
External, “hidden”-stimulus prompts a human’s contract into activity. The human’s contract is the internal stimulus operative within the human. The contract, once activated, then cycles in the human’s mind and festers and amplifies. This promotes an excessive amount of contained-energy that then must erupt in activity of some sort as a false-balance release mechanism.
This is why it can be seen that the outside stimulating prompt is the same thing as the internal contract. The contract can be understood and articulated by clearly observing the outside “hidden”-stimulus. It can be seen and articulated by seeing what is initiated into internal contract activity.
However, contracts will not work any longer. They will not successfully produce False-balance.
All contracts are now being amplified by the change in the magnetic fields.
Because of habit’s preconditioning, people cling to and then magnify their own personal contract behavior in a programmed and futile attempt to get the False-balance they are used to. They do this as by habit … and because they know of no other way. It is their only recourse to obtain False-balance – a festering cycle of every-increasing internal pressure that eventually leads to desperate and violent attempts to escape the unbearable build up of excess contained-energy.
The “hidden” stimulus aspect of contract can no longer be hidden from view. This is because of the change in the magnetic fields. Stimulus is now above the line and can be seen. Contracts always were the hidden stimulus governing destiny and behavior. The hidden stimulus of contracts controlled people’s behaviors.
Contracts are triggered by old story “hidden” stimulus. External stimulus triggers drive everyone’s internal behavior dynamics, as their individual contract templates required, but no longer are capable of producing False-balance. None of this will work any longer – for anyone.
You will see more and more aberrant behavior in all aspects of life: personal, governmental / political, economic, the art of war.
All of this remains unexplainable to the individual person moving into the distress of excess contained-energy, or even intelligible to the outside observer.
Police departments and agencies like the FBI and Secret Service are noticing that captured or charged people are complaining that they remember doing criminal things, but remember their actions being played out while they were really in a dream. This is stunning … and seemingly, unbelievable.
To the “perpetrators” of the criminal actions, it is true. They were in a dream. They were not consciously in control; their contracts were controlling them. It is a new and growing phenomenon that you will see more of … though you will probably not hear about it from the authorities.
You will not hear it reported that the “perpetrators” remember their alleged activity only as a dream. The authorities understand it is likely true … because of something that they do not understand — but the legal system is not designed to charge, convict and punish someone not in control of their faculties.
The medical community does not have a psychiatric definition of programmed behaviors controlled by the contract overshadowing of humans.
All that is left is the religious concept of an upsurge of evil possessing so many people. (See: the Examiner.com article) It will, most probably, get worse.
The Good News:
Since September of 1999, children have been receiving different contracts when they are born, in correspondence with the arrival of the “boss”-gear.
Since January 1, 2009, at the commencement of the New Year, children have been receiving contracts adapted to the requirements of the NEW STORY and its protocol programming. This, again, is projected onto the reality of this still false-dimension by the magnetic fields.
This process will continue. It is a process.
All cultures have expectations about the fundamental behavioral dynamics of its membership. Cultures cannot accept extreme differences in the manner and internally driven conduct of its youth. People cannot be expected to comprehend Experience in a way that is too different than the cultural environment they find themselves nested in.
You could not be expected to know how to build shoes to put on your feet if you were suddenly thrust into a primitive world. Neither would the primitive contracts understand how to deal with the computer, the Internet, the Iphone and Blackberry, or Twitter. Oddly, the primitive might be more familiar with internal dialogue, its intuition, and even, possibly, telepathic communion with nature’s Mountain, Wind, Water, Tree, and Plant.
However, the magnetic fields are directed to support you, even if you don’t have the new contracts. If you will listen, there is guidance coming from the voice-within. If you stand in support of the Big Picture of the NEW STORY, you will be supported. You just have to find the new “app” in your internal operating system. If you are religious or trained in the mystic sciences, then just present yourself to guidance and listen. Observe what goes easily.

Byrd and Melanie Billings were both stimulus-design Beings.

The change settling in on the illusion is having its effect. It is most clearly seen with stimulus-design Beings. False-balance can no longer be obtained by stimulus-design Beings. The “old story” ways of obtaining False balance will no longer work. Stimulus-design Beings are becoming overloaded with containment that they can no longer shed or get rid of through the “old story” methodologies (methodologies anchored to contracts that are over and contract behaviors that are now non-operative for producing False-balance). Because of this, everything is “exploding”, if you will.
Neither McNair nor his girlfriend could accomplish False-balance. Both operated as False-balance expression for each other.
Is it true that the girlfriend, in a fit of extreme distress induced aberrance, caused by containment that could not be shed, initiated a (psychologically) unbalanced action of murder-suicide? Is the story more complex with another, third party, actually doing the murders? It really is not important. The cause and effect producing this startling event has its origins in the issue of stimulus-design Beings not being able to accomplish False-balance any longer.
Without details of what happened at the Byrd and Melanie Billings home invasion and crime scene, it could be guessed that the “old story” contract behaviors that would have normally been operative to produce False-balance with all the stimulus-design Beings failed. Let us guess that Byrd got aggressive and protective, the thieves panicked. The whole thing of choosing the Billings home was probably an aberrant choice to begin with. It was probably initiated by the gang leader stimulus-design Being as a ruinous action prompted by excess containment that could no longer be shed by the no longer functioning “old story” False-balance, contract driven, behavior methodologies.
Should we expect to see much more of this rampant and unexplainable aberrant behavior – probably.
Stimulus-design Beings are so loaded up with excess containment; they don’t know what to do. Everything in the illusion is stimulus to everything else and stimulus to itself. This state of being, overloaded with excess that can’t be shed or released, drives torment into these Beings, all resulting in ever more “loud” behavior in desperate and futile acts to shed that excess. Everything and everyone will torment everything else with ever louder screeching of internal discomfort, all producing ever more excess of containment in everything else around it. The balloon gets fatter and fatter until it bursts with a splat, aggravating and unsettling everything around.
It all is a death spiral with no end. Stimulus cannot get rid of its “pain”, yet all it has to do is stop and sit and do nothing, and balance will come. Stimulus just can’t do that, however. So, it is doomed to go splat.
Expect more. Expect more at the individual level. Expect more on the global level. Since it is stimulus-design Beings that run everything in the illusion at this point in its timeline [the government, at all levels, - the corporate structures, at all levels, - the money systems, at all levels, - the militaries, at all levels {mostly}] expect their respective distress and distemper to show up as a splat that gets on us all.
The recent extreme behavior of Professor George Zinkhan (a marketing professor at the University of Georgia) is another example of a stimulus design energy-expression trying to accomplish False-balance.
The load of energy-containment is becoming too much for stimulus design beings to handle. The “old story” way to obtain False-balance was to express outwardly by doing some sort of stimulus action.
For the stimulus design, outward expression is still the only solution. The problem with this is that the only time they will get support from energy to obtain False-balance (by such outward expression) will be when they are doing something to support Balance in the world or balance in an individual male-design energy-expression. If you cannot find one handy, or if you are dis-inclined to do so, then you fill up with an unbearable amount of energy-containment that will drive you to extreme behavior.
