Thank you for this insight. Yes, i have a friend that has explosive diarrhea. They really know what a horrible experience it is to find oneself beset with such an embarrassing experience. It certainly threatens one’s dignity.

In general, vomiting, diarrhea, the expulsion of phlegm via coughing, cold sweats, fever, and all other generalized immune system response mechanisms can be seen from the positive point of view that the body is ridding your system of excess contained-energy. This alone will keep the body healthy.

Strenuous Physical exercise is particularly good at ridding the body of excess contained-energy. So too is intense creativity or a high degree of mental focus… if one can do so when feeling horrid from the onset of ‘flu’. For the male gender, sexual release is the emergency measure (via masturbation or otherwise) that is typically used, but a shower or sleep may be just as good.

The shower is a mechanical method of ‘cleansing’ off the magnetics that formulate a ‘blue-print’ architecture which the contained-energy uses to precipitate into the body. Think of ‘washing’ your aura and scrubbing out foreign ‘light’ that has taken up residence in it. Additionally the body’s natural lanolin (skin oil) in the hair and on the skin is a natural place for these magnetics to take up residence… hence the usefulness of a shower… or rolling in the mud as in the methodologies of animals in Africa and in primitive times. The mud not only blocks the breathing tubule apparatus of infesting insects, but it gathers the oils which then flakes or is dusted off.

[Note that the ancient Jewish cultures, associated with the Dead Sea Scrolls, took the effort to carry water up the mountain sides for storage in cisterns and then took ritual 'cleansing' baths prior to lunch and dinner and sleep. There is always a good reason why things are done... even if they only seem like stupid old traditions and ritual.]

Sneezing, oddly enough, seems to signal the “pay attention to this” indicator. It is the body’s only way to have communication with you at the conscious level. Of course, the problem then is, which “this”. It can be difficult… still, encouragement at the conscious level of your body (by vocalizing out loud your praise) to do what it needs to do to keep (and it) safe will help along the whole process… try it and see what develops.

The problem is that nothing we do, no wishing or cajoling will adjust the requirement that energy be in support of this. This alone is a shocker. I would never have thought it.

For whatever reason, this support from energy for this to happen is somehow in accord with the Big Picture chore of advancing world balance and the presence of the NEW STORY.

I am almost afraid to ask for the logic of this. Often that information is even more distressing than what was being asked about.

If anyone wants to have me delve into it, immediately, I can do so.
